Our Events

At GravCap Brewstillery, our brewing philosophy is simple: make beer that is approachable, flavorful, and fun to drink. We love creating beers that both longtime craft beer fans and casual drinkers can enjoy, whether that means a crisp pilsner, a balanced amber, a rotating hazy IPA, a smooth stout, or a fruited sour that brings something playful to the tap list.

We focus on variety because our taproom is built for everyone. Some guests want something light and easy. Some want hops. Some want dark, rich, and roasty. Some just want to try something new without feeling overwhelmed. That is why our beer list mixes classic styles with rotating seasonal releases, experimental batches, and taproom favorites.

A lot of our inspiration comes from the community around us. Beer names, event beers, Mug Club releases, and special batches often tie back to Oxford, local stories, partnerships, or the rock-themed personality that makes GravCap feel like GravCap. We do not believe craft beer has to be intimidating. We believe it should be fresh, creative, and served in a place where people actually want to hang out.
